This spring our waterfall crew hiked down in the darkness to this little gem at the bottom of a ravine. Tommy and I had scouted it a couple of days prior and discovered a fantastic campsite nearby. Some folks were making the most of the campsite and we later discovered they had just gone to bed as we arrived – they were up all night time lapsing the stars.
There were so many compositions and the conditions were absolutely perfect, so we spent a good while enjoying the scenery. Long enough that the campers woke up and showed us some of the footage. Great meeting you Doug Urquhart and really looking forward to seeing the final material when it’s released.
I’m slowly working my way through all the material from that weekend. So many fantastic waterfalls and such a great time with the whole group. I’m looking forward to working on more of these.
