On our last day during the Mountains to Sea Workshop around the Great Smoky Mountains, we headed to Cades Cove to hunt bears and some gorgeous light. We got lucky catching lots of animals and several bears. There was tons of gorgeous light spilling into the valley as well.
After an excellent morning and a little stop for refreshments we headed to Tremont to see how high the water was. The light was looking good but fleeting so we made a beeline to a couple of spots of interest. This was the first one and the light was just sublime. Glancing off the trees in a yellow haze amplifying the greens and water tones.
